In an effort to provide you with the best quality care and enable your involvement with the management and improvement of your healthcare, Athens-Limestone Hospital has a NEW secure online website that offers an enhanced experience and gives you convenient 24-hour access to your personal health information and medical records. This website can be accessed from anywhere that has an Internet connection. MyCareCorner will replace the Thrive Patient Portal that we currently use and is utilized to access the following Hospital Services:

• All services provided at the hospital – both Inpatient and Outpatient
• Outpatient surgery services at the Medical Village Tower (surgery tower)
• Outpatient diagnostic services provided at the Medical Village Tower (surgery tower)
• Outpatient diagnostic services provided at LMV (Limestone Medical Village or Medical East location)
• Outpatient diagnostic services provided at MOB (Medical Office Building) across from the hospital
• Lab services provided in ALH clinics (Also, some that are not ALH clinics. Be sure to ask when you visit your physician.)
